We supply the plant side of a cold room or process-cooling job: the condensing unit or rack, the matched evaporator, and the condensers and controls between them.

The equipment comes from established manufacturers, with reciprocating, scroll or screw compressors and components with full traceability. Technics selects it for the duty and supports it from the UAE.

The load, the room temperature and the ambient are all that a matched selection needs.

Common Questions

What do you need to size a condensing unit?
The cooling load (or room size, product and throughput), the room temperature, the ambient at the unit location and the refrigerant if specified.
Do you supply the evaporator with the condensing unit?
Yes. We match the evaporator to the unit and the room so the pair is balanced at the design condition.
Which refrigerants do you use?
Standard HFCs and lower-GWP blends including R448A and R449A. Selections are adjusted for the refrigerant specified on the project.
Are units suitable for rooftop installation?
Yes. Housed units are weatherproof and fans and coils are sized for outdoor Gulf ambient. Coated coils are recommended near the coast.
What is tested before dispatch?
Every unit is nitrogen pressure-tested, evacuated and leak-tested at the factory. Test records are supplied with the unit.
Do you provide service?
Yes. Spares, service and technical support are provided from the UAE for everything we supply.
